The hotel was in the central setting near the airport.

The staff is helpful, the breakfast great, the ocation is peaceful just next door to the arena, the Airport and the NEC. The atmosphere of the hotel is family.

I liked the details, like staff and location, they were good. The room was neat with all the essentials.

Really enjoyed the place, had a pleasant stay within the property. The breakfast had plenty of options and included cereal, eggs and toast. Everyone was kind and helpful.

I had a lovely stay with a breakfast included and loved the location, it was ideal and close to supermarkets. Plenty of food at the breakfast, including cereal, toast and eggs. Late check-out was useful. Everything was very clean and met expectations.

Had basic triple room with private bathroom, tea plus twin beds.

Brilliant place for exploring Birmingham. The rooms with well presented bedding, tea, for instance.

Had a such wonderful stay of the breakfast room. The staff were accommodating, and the room was warm with well presented bedding, coffee, all the essentials. I loved the breakfast with plenty of cereals, eggs and toast.

Comfortably furnished, attractive room with a shared bathroom and coffee. Reasonably priced, efficient location close enough to airport and supermarket and the train station.

The stay was absolutely outstanding. The stuff was impeccable and we liked continental breakfast. The beach was wonderful. Unbelievable view of sea. It was nice to have free wifi in the lobby.

Very generous staff, generous breakfast and accommodating rooms. Fab location within walking distance of the shops and supermarkets. Picturesque view, a beautiful balcony, very clean bed, too. The staff did all they can for a brilliant stay. Top facilities and the pool was clean.

They provided plenty of lovely choices for breakfast that was included. The staff was amazingly efficient and highly courteous, everything was amazing.

I liked that hotel's lobby was modern. Staff greeted everyone and were happy to help. The continental breakfast was included, that's cool.

The staff was outstandingly accommodating, the accommodation was comfy and tidy. We loved continental breakfast with plenty of different meals. They had an early check-in too. There were free internet and ample parking available.

My stay here was enjoyable. En-suite rooms and wonderful staff, I loved strategic location too. The food was good and with lots of options. The service here was welcoming too.

The service was helpful and staff were POLITE. Apart from that, an art gallery was 15 minutes' drive away.

A nice place for exploring Birmingham. It was nice to have a kettle and a fridge available.

Particular good mention to the management. In the evening we visited Bengal Palace, set right at the hotel. It deserves its 3 stars.
